In simple terms, "No Win No Fee" means that if you lose your case, you pay nothing to Kerin Lawyers. If you win your case, you do have to pay legal fees. These fees are deducted from the amounts you are awarded from winning your case. You are generally not required to pay for any initial outlays until after the case has been settled.
Kerin Lawyers' "client agreement" and any risks involved in your case will be fully explained to you. Independent barristers are regularly used to advise on your chances of winning your case.
